Identity Crisis got its start Three years ago in the QCA. Terry, originally from Joliet, Illinois, had
this idea to form a horn band to play "Chicago" and Blues Brothers tunes. After enough talking to the "right"
people, he got the original horn section together to form Identity Crisis. Today, members of Identity Crisis are:
Terry Reiter, drummer/harmonica/leader, Alan Morrison, vocals/guitar;
Tom Sokolik,vocals/guitar; Dave Kamp, bass/vocals; John
Korn, aka Elwood, Keyboard/Trumpet/Vocals;Dino Hayz,lead vocals; Nicole
Gabriel, Lead vocals; Tom Meyer, sound engineer; Jim McCartney,Trumpet;
Drew Anderson,Trumpet; Tony Knobbe, Trombone; Kathy
McMillen, Saxophones and Flute; Kris Kendell, Violin.
After getting its original repertoire list together and rehearsing, Identity Crisis had its first gig at Rookies
Bar on 29th and Brady on St. Patrick's Day, 2004. Identity Crisis has continued to please its crowd with a variety
of different styles of music including an entire Blues Brothers Set. You'd figure there would have to be some connection
to the Blues Brothers with the Joliet Connection.
